We are thrilled that your child is joining us for this Spelling Bee. In an effort to help you prepare your child, please review this list of general rules and guidelines. We wish everyone the best of luck!

“Bee” Prepared General Rules and Guidelines

Arrival Schedule: (Be sure you are registered for one day only)

March 1 & 3 for Grades K-3:
   For Grades K, 1,2: Arrive no later than 5:30 pm so that we can begin at 6pm
   Grade 3: Arrive no later than 6:30pm

March 8 and 10 for Grades 4-6:
   Grade 4 Arrive no later than 5:30pm so that we can begin at 6pm
   Grade 5,6 Arrive no later than 6:30pm

PHOTO RELEASE

I/WE, the parent(s) or guardian(s) of                            do hereby grant permission for pictures to be taken of my child for the purpose of publicity for programs of the Mayor’s Office for Cultural Affairs. I understand that photos may be published in local papers or in future brochures for the Newton Mayor’s Office for Cultural Affairs.
